Women's Retreat - Oct 12-14

What a wonderful and refreshing women's retreat weekend at Lake Texoma.

The theme was "Treasured" based on Deut 14:2 "God has chosen you out of all the people on earth to be His personal cherished treasure."

Several of our Crossroads ladies had the opportunity to enjoy this special weekend.

Last Sunday in Sunday School we finished up session 2 and had some great discussion about loving our spouse as God loves us and what keeps us from having truly unconditional love for God and our spouses.  Our last discussion question encouraged us to examine our relationships with God and our spouse and think about what steps you can take to love them better.  Be sure to finish up the couples questions in session 2, and feel free to start browsing through session 3.

Events -

*Women's retreat - coming up the weekend of October 12th.  If you have not signed up to go yet, it is not too late!  It truly is a blast, and the women on the committee have been working hard to make sure that you will completely enjoy the weekend.  There is a Crossroads cabin that we are getting again this year where the girls from our class can all room together.  Let Corey know if you need anymore info. 

*Murder Mystery party - Becky & JJ are hosting a murder mystery party on 10/27.  

*Sip and Doodle - We will be painting this Saturday from 7-9 pm.
